Dads (and Moms), don't forget Halloween is celebrated this Monday. If you're a noncustodial parent receiving statutory parent-time, this is your year to spend the evening with your 5 to 18 year olds. Make sure you notify your co parent you're electing to pick the children up from school and returning them home at 9 p.m. For those taking their children to school Monday under the new optional parent-time schedule, your weekend will be one long event!
