John Greifendorff was called to The Bar in 1977. In the decades since he has practiced law in the areas of mortgage and construction lending, construction litigation, real estate, estate planning, corporate & businesses. He handled his first bankruptcy case in 1986 and has concentrated on consumer bankruptcy exclusively since 2004.
He also has business experience gained running the family farm in Washington State, and a technical writing service in Silicon Valley.
After service with The Marines, John graduated from the University of Washington and took his law degree at Syracuse University in upstate New York.
He was born and raised in Seattle, but has lived in California for over 30 years because “I’m solar powered.”
He has one daughter and three grandchildren.
