We navigate back to 1991 and the Isuzu Nagisa, as part of our continuing #TBT series on the strangest (dumbest?) concept cars. The "high end" concept was to slip a set of wheels on a cabin cruiser. The idea of an amphibious car (first attempted in the 1960's) quickly sunk, with plenty of jokes about "Is that car flooded?"

Is it becoming harder to see when you are driving at night? Before you have your eyes checked, have your headlights checked. Over time, the plastic coating on headlights can become so clouded or yellowed that they give off only 20 percent of the light they had when you first bought the car.
