Good evening everyone,
Due to the current announcements from the governor and the extremely aggressive rise of covid cases Jennifer and I have made the decision for everyone's safety to shut down our waiting room and go back to a contactless service for now.
This will mean drop offs in our key drop, payments over the phone and keys and invoices in our new after hours / covid compliant lock box. We will provide a 3 digit code to you to access your locker and which number locker yours is. Your keys and invoice will be in there and sanitized. Protective covering will be used in your vehicle on the driver seat, steering wheel, gear shift lever, and keys along with our staff wiping down your vehicle before and after your service has been completed.
While Jenn and I as owners are not overly worried but we do keep updated and research the current releases about this virus and understand that it has changed and is far more contagious and a much quicker incubation time than the original strain. This to us is the responsible path as the owners for you our loyal clients as well as our staff. We want to ensure everyone's safety on a grand scale.
We will offer to clients pick up and drop off via uber if needed if you are uncomfortable with one of our staff giving you a ride and do encourage everyone to make ride arrangements that make you more at ease if need be.
This will be short term folks. We just want everyone to be safe and feel safe.

Whether its after hours or contactless pick up due to covid, this system is set up to keep our customers safe and secure. When you pick up you use the code provided to only you for the box assigned to you and your keys and receipt will be inside for you.

This has been a tough year for everyone. In liu of the drastic whirlwind chain of events this world has seen Jenn and I decided that this year between Christmas and New Years we are closing the shop from December 23rd and return to open January 4th. While i know this will be a bit of inconvenience for some we made this decision for the following reasons.....
Through this whole pandemic we never closed and for the entire year. My wife ,my staff and myself worked tirelessly to keep the shop afloat and all of our people employed. Even with the layoffs we were forced to hand out initially my staff all stepped up after a 5 week forced hiatus and came back and worked hard through this whole pandemic and did not sit around collecting covid funds that others so desperately needed. They came in still and took the same risks daily from this virus that we knew very little about. And a huge thank you to Aaron Towne who helped the entire time without pay when it was just Jenn and I for a bit.....
So that being said we feel this super star staff deserved this time off to decompress, regroup, renergize and come into 2021 strong after working tirelessly and selflessly to not only keep people on the road but come together as a team to keep this business alive(which could of easily been a 2020 covid casualty if not for this crew's hard work) during what we all can agree has been the worst year on record for many.
So Say a prayer for all the essential workers. And a prayer for all the businesses struggling to keep their heads above water with these mandatory lockdowns.
And Especially all of the healthcare workers who have endured and witnessed unfathomable things during this pandemic. And a prayer to all the people who lost their battle with this virus and their families in these trying times.
If this year has taught Jennifer and I one thing its that nothing in this world is guaranteed and in the blink of an eye it can all change. For this reason alone is what geared our decision to close between the holidays and let our crew take some time to be with their families( if they can) have a brief moment to focus on bringing themselves to a better and stronger, positive end to an already very negative and emotionally impactful year for all. You can always make money but you can't make up time. This is a small token of how we say thank you to our staff.
And a very big thank you to each and every one of you that has placed your trust in us to keep you safe and sound on the road. Lets all pray that the new year brings new beginnings and some healing and comfort for everyone.
