Customer took vehicle to local dealership, for knocking noise coming from front end as well as having alignment issues. After paying the dealership $89.99 for there inspection with no issues found they brought the vehicle to us. We found that the Lower control arm bushing had torn out of its socket causing the metal to metal noise as well as allowing the alignment to be affected do to the movement in the suspension.
