About

Griswold Home Care is dedicated to referring caregivers to help seniors stay safely and comfortably in their homes. Our unique system of care pairing matches experienced caregivers who have the skills to meet each individual customer’s needs. This organization grew out of a legacy than began over 30 years ago. Jean Griswold, a former geriatric counselor, received news of the death of an elderly woman in her husband’s parish. After learning the details of the case, she was saddened by the fact that this death could have been easily prevented, and was propelled to action.

Jean organized a business that referred capable and compassionate people to care for the elderly of her community. The business’s purpose was to make certain the at-risk were safe and healthy in their homes. Griswold Home Care of the greater St. Louis area is wholeheartedly committed to serving our community in the same manner. We educate families on the advantages of staying independent in their own homes with dignity. Our referral team passionately listens to the care needs and desires of our clients and matches them with a caregiver who will provide quality care in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles County, Warren County, and Lincoln County.

We follow the Griswold Golden Rule: We only refer caregivers we would trust in our own homes. Our clients speak for us;

Dear Tom,

On behalf of my family I would like to express how truly grateful we are for all your assistance in providing caregivers and going the extra mile to help arrange additional services for our mom. I know Brigid relied on you a great deal and you never failed to come thru!

I have been a nurse for over 35 years, and have worked in a clinic for over 24 years. As such, I have worked with many, many nursing agencies, infusion companies, and hospices – but I have never dealt with one on such a personal level or been so impressed with the high level of care and compassion possessed by the caregivers who cared for mom (and for all her family). There are indeed angels! Please share our deepest gratitude with them. Their kindness will never be forgotten.

Please call one of our client care liaisons for more information, a free in-home assessment and consultation or just to discuss what your family is going through – we can help.
