Our state is a wonderful place to retire and enjoy one’s senior years. We have vast coastal beaches, vibrant cities, and gorgeous mountain areas. Moore County is a magnet for civilian retirees, and the counties surrounding Fort Bragg offer a large former military and retired community who enjoy the wonderful social, historic, and recreational attractions of the area. I am dedicated to helping these great Americans, who built and defended our nation remain living in their own homes as long as they can. Caregivers referred by my office will be there for the elderly in their homes and wherever else they’d like to go. Referred caregivers can provide transportation/accopmaniment to those who want to visit such exciting places as the zoo, our museums, sporting events, college classes, golf, or other such attractions. For those wishing to stay home, or who are adults with disabilities unable to go out, care professionals are happy to participate and facilitate activities at home such as gardening, games, movie nights, reading and overall genuine companionship.
