Please keep this in mind when posting on this page. I am simply the administrator for this page and not the owner of the business, though to be fair I do have their ear. This page is also not the official web site for this company. In regards to negative/positive "reviews" here is my policy. First we appreciate positive reviews but honestly that is simply this business just doing the job you paid them to do so obviously there is little motivation to post anything positive unless you have a history of being burned by other automotive shops. Again we thank those who feel they need to post a happy review. As for the negative reviews I do not leave them on here for one simple reason, marketing. Like it or not this profile is simply to get the word out about this business in the most positive way possible so why would I leave a post from an angry customer on here? I personally look into every negative review to determine not only their legitimacy but who's fault if any applies. If you truly had a bad experience with any of Groovy's locations simply send me a direct message. I would much rather respond on a fair playing field with some one in a rational way instead of reacting to a vindictive person whom may or may not even fully understand the situation that they are actually upset about. If you manage to post a negative comment on this profile and it last for any amount of time consider it a win. I am not trying to hide anything about our service's or reputation but if you feel that upset be fair and post exactly the location and nature of the business that you your self work at so you can truthfully feel what it is like to have the same chance of ridicule.
We welcome comments on our page because it lets us know you are out there. However if it is going to be a critical or even out right negative comment you had best do your home work first. As the admin for my employers page I will not tolerate upset customers who post anything on here that is meant to bash our business just because you as a consumer have not done your due diligence. Allow my to run some damage control. We can not predict the future. That means it is literally impossible to tell you exactly how long any service will take. If we give you a time it is always subject to change. Accidents happen, family emergencies, etc. Further more ask before hand how much our labor charge is to at least look at your vehicle. We do not claim to do free estimates because we have to pay our technicians for their work. Any shop that tells you they do free anything are most likely making up for that money loss in anther way.
