Starting Thursday Oct. 1, we are going back to our regular business hours... Tues-Sat 11a-8pm!
We've adjusted these past months due to Covid, to what we thought best fit our business plan at the time! So, we appreciate everyone's support, and patronage during these times! Yes, we realize it inconvenienced many of y'all, and we apologize for that!
But, moving forward, we hope and pray, (after election), that we'll all get back to some normalcy, whatever that will be! Lol

Thank you to all our service men and women, active and veteran, and their families for their sacrifice during the holidays and everyday! Happy Thanksgiving!
I know It's kinda last minute...
But we have two extra smoked turkeys that we'd love to give away to "Two" truly needy families! If you know of a family, please let us know quickly, as they will be gone soon!

Be on time-ready to cook, follow all recipes, portions, and work instructions, monitor food portions, quality, presentation, and speed, prep work station for next shift, follow sanitation standards and procedures, learn to operate smokers, plus various other equipment!
Have own transportation, non smoker a plus, no drugs or alcohol, be courteous and respectful of others! Experience a plus, but not required, will train right person!
