Guardian Nurses Healthcare Advocates provides patient advocacy and care management services to employees and members of corporations, unions, small businesses and private clients throughout the United States. Services can be retained on an annual basis or as needed. Our services are remarkably high-touch and high impact. Our unique Mobile Care Coordinator™ Program provides the client organization with an experienced Registered Nurse backed by our team of nurse advocates. She is out on the road in a marked SUV, visiting employees or members in the hospital to make sure they're getting good care, visiting them at home after discharge from the hospital and going with them to doctor’s appointments to make sure their questions are answered.
