• Actively utilize the dispatch application throughout the day. Immediately report any errors to dispatch or the Director of Operations. Complete work orders with all available information (parts used, equipment fault, equipment model number, serial numbers, time spent at jobsite, etc.).
• Introduce yourself to the customer, troubleshoot the call, and give the customer an explanation of the found issue as well as an estimate of cost to make the repair, replace parts and repair equipment as the customer had requested.
• Upsell any potential sales opportunity encountered or direct the sales lead to the Sales Representative.

Two bits, four bits, six bits, a dollar---all for Gudorf's stand up and hollar!!!! Thank heaven for them! My hot water heater burst its bladder (sorta like politics today) and water was pouring out everywhere. After I got over my initial routine (you know the one...hysterics which failed to repair anything and broke my last nerve), I called---not ghostbusters---but Gudorf's. I belong to their club (be sure and ask them about it....it is a lifesaver in so many ways), and they honor it to the letter. Do you know within three hours (counting travel time from Jasper to Santa Claus), they had completely fixed the problem! And it was a very real problem. Thank you to the three young men who worked til it was done. Thanks to you, my perceptions of the messy world today
have settled down because I can take a hot shower again.

Before and After of a 40 gallon water heater change out this week! Our customer in Dubois, IN called with water coming from the bottom of the existing water heater. After diagnosing the problem our technician determined it was necessary to replace the water heater. With the change out, our customer choose to go with a bigger size and now has a 50 gallon tank!
