My name is Jessica Fritts and I am your local mortgage expert, licensed in both Oregon and Washington.
I graduated from the University of Portland with a degree in finance, meanwhile beginning my career in mortgage lending. In 2012 I obtained my mortgage origination license, transitioning my career from wholesale lending to retail in order to work directly with consumers. During my many years in wholesale I gained a tremendous amount of experience in the industry and cataloged those years like an encyclopedia. There has been an incredible amount of mortgage regulation over the past few years, but with my experience and expertise my clients are well cared for. My background has given me the skills to navigate people through the lending process and analyze all the current mortgage options to make sure the client makes the most beneficial choices.
I love the Pacific Northwest and all it has to offer, but mostly the beautiful landscape that changes with the season and the friendliness of the community. I am fascinated with many facets of real estate, from new innovative LEED design buildings to condo conversions, and historical restoration projects.
I am an active member of the community, supporting organizations such as The Junior League of Portland where I hold a leadership role. I am involved in the business community as a board member of the Pearl District Business Association. When I am not at work I can be found at a local yoga studio, hiking in the great outdoors that surround Portland, reading, painting or setting my sights at something new.
