Make your own Cucumber Gimlet! In a shaker, combine 2 oz Bluebonnet Gin, ¾ oz lime juice, ½ oz blue agave, ¼ oz cucumber syrup, and cucumber slices. Shake over ice and strain into a prepared glass. Garnish with more cucumber and enjoy!

Today we are using grains from local farms in Texas to make our first American Single Malt Whiskey. The spent mash (byproduct) is recycled and sent to Texas farmers to feed their cattle. Nothing goes to waste!

Learn how to make a "Texas Connection!" This craft cocktail is a fresh twist on the "French Connection"
What you will need:
- 3/4 oz of Giant Texas Rye
- 3/4 oz of Giant Texas Brandy
- 3/4 oz benedictine
- 3/4 oz sweet vermouth
- 1 inch lemon peel
Instructions: Combine Giant Texas Rye, Giant Texas Brandy, Benedictine and Sweet Vermouth over fresh ice. Stir for 30 seconds. Strain mixture over ice sphere. Garnish with lemon twist if desired. Enjoy!
