This 1750 s.f NYC home remodel, and kitchen renovation took place over a period of time, @GurriDesign installed the kitchen and all the tile work & countertops and #GurriInteriorPainting firm painted the whole apartment w/ Benjamin Moore. Lauren Stanley of #AliveandKickingDesign worked with the dual professional owners who has a young toddler. They wanted a child-proof space that the adults could entertain and socialize while giving the toddler full rein of the space. Ahead of her time, pre-COVID, Stanley used easy to clean fabric on the furniture in the living room and dining area banquet. Silestone by Cosentino a natural quartz with unique stain & impact resistant properties is easily cleaned, was used on the kitchen counters and backsplash.
