Job description:
Install 5” and 6” gutter systems & Downspouts
Install gutter protection
Requirements:
Experienced gutter installers, 2 years plus experience a +, but willing to train the right candidate.
Clean driving record
Able to lift 50+ pounds and carry ladders
Must have own hand tools and drill
Must have a reliable form of transportation
Able to work outside in a variety of weather, but not unsafe conditions
Sheet metal or exterior carpentry skills helpful, but not necessary
Pay and benefits:
Pay based on experience up to $30hr
Piecework pay, plus overtime bonus incentive program

A very Beautiful home in Lino Lakes with a very custom tied in gutter performed by our great installer RJ.( Pics are before the caulking was added to the custom tie in to display the craftmanship.) The customers did not want a downspout in the middle of their home on the sidewalk and driveway and we made that happen from the sales creative design to the installers flawless execution!
