We recently completed a Firehouse Subs restaurant as a superintendent, I was responsible for the managing of both laborers and subs to complete this project. Operating from blueprints provided by the franchise owners I had to schedule all parts of the project to ensure that: safety practices; quality of workmanship; and schedule were met. I was responsible for arranging the timely delivery of construction materials, and for the security of the site.
In the Firehouse subs project the area was demoed by the building owner prior to our begin date, this included the wall where the electrical panels were, during the course of this project all of the electrical and under-slab plumbing had to be completely replaced. All of the completed finishes had to comply with the firehouse corporate specifications and design. We completed the project in roughly 2 months so the pace was grueling. This much work takes time and required more than was initially planned, yet we completed the project with minimal delays.

The final punch list for a new Dollar Tree in collierville;
17,000 sf of LVT w/28 room remodels for Grace Healthcare in Cordova TN (most of this work had to be performed at night while nurses were still using the spaces we were working on, arrangements had to be made to limit our interference in their duties (ie we ran 2' wide strips of glue and LVT down 200' hallways so that the nurses on duty would be able to step over our adhesive safely and could continue their rounds.
A 4 apartment complex exterior upgrade that included 700+ feet of French drain extensive areas of concrete repair and replacement, addition of 600 lft of new gutters, removed dangerous trees, installed over 60 tons of rubber mulch and 20+ tons of pea gravel to repair the landscaping damage done by poor water management;
The interior doors and trim for the entire (79 units plus common areas) limited mobility wing of The Solana in Germantown (a 4 star retirement community), we were brought in after the original contractors were terminated so there was a lot of repair that had to be done as well; On this project I managed 22 carpenter's for about 3 moths and had 3 different crews on site for the final week totaling 43 workers (in addition to the finish carpenters (22) we had a crew of concrete guys repairing and finishing the parking area concrete (8) and a crew of 13 people cleaning and dusting the finished areas to make ready for turnover.
The remodel of the Candy Factory (27 Martin Luther King Blvd, just off of Beale Street} this involved separating areas into distinct separate offices to allow the 10,000 sf space to be leased as separate offices to smaller companies, this included the installation of 29 8ft interior doors to match the existing, I also installed a 12 ft 12 blade Big Ass fan to the vaulted entry.
The remodel and conversion of a duplex building from a veterinary clinic into a child care facility for >50 kids. This included major plumbing changes and 100+ lft of new interior walls, addition of fire access doors by converting windows into doors in a brick structure, the handicap access modifications and the fencing and playground arfeas (190+ ft of tricycle track in a varied route.
With this track record of completed projects in just the last 2 years or so I have shown myself to be both effective and adaptable, the kind of person that will "Get it Done".
