H4 Technology was started several years ago by Brian Hoover with a desire to deliver a better quality of service to both clients and consultants in the technology staffing industry. We strive to create real relationships that allow us to make solid matches between the technical staffing needs of our clients and the career goals of our consultants.
Watching how the industry has changed over the last 20 years has led us to a belief that we can do it better. We actually believe that the influx of new technologies, the adoption of enterprise hiring and sourcing practices, the increased influence of purchasing departments, and the geometric rise in recruiting firms that treat people like commodities has made it more difficult to find the right fit.
We embrace new technologies that can facilitate our search for the right candidates like Twitter, LinkedIn and Dice. These tools allow us to discover the best candidates for our clients, but we never forget that ultimately, technology serves our goal of human connection.
