Hagler Systems' newest Dredge - The Titan!
This is a spud dredge with a hydraulically actuated swing ladder capable of dredging to 29'. The suction line on the pump is 16". The Titan 16 dredge is capable of pumping 2000 cubic meters/hr of material with an SG of 1.3. The cutter head is powered by a 75 HP hydraulic motor. Electronics on the dredge are powered by a 25 kW hydraulic generator. A 755 HP CAT C-18 diesel engine coupled with a Logan clutch and ZF gear are used to power all the hydraulics and the pump during operation.
