- Dr. Arthur is Board Certified in Dermatology and is faculty at Rochester General and Strong Memorial Hospital teaching medical students and residents.
- She has conducted multiple clinical trials on acne, rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, hair loss, glycolic acid, and BOTOX.
- She opened Helendale Dermatology and Medical Spa in April 2004.
- Dr. Arthur is proud of the warm and home-like atmosphere of her office and takes pride in the staff that over the years have become family and friends.
