In an effort to aid our Community, State and Country from the spread of COVID-19 we are asking that you do not enter our building if:
• If you are not feeling well
• If you have a cough and/or fever
• If you are experiencing any symptoms of the virus
• If you have recently traveled outside of the area
• If you have been exposed to anyone that may have COVID-19
*We also ask that you do not bring in any additional people with you to your closing. Only the person(s) signing the documents will be permitted along with your realtor and/or banker.
*All pens used in the closing will be given to the client to take with them.
*We will be refraining from handshakes before and after closings and ask our customers to do the same.
*Our closing rooms will be cleaned and disinfected in between each meeting.
We will continue to adjust our protocols as needed.
