Every year Hale Makua honors the Filipino culture and celebrates with an annual Barrio Fiesta. Today staff from Hale Makua Kahului entertained the residents with song and dance.
Hale Makua is launching an entry-level hire and train program for candidates wanting to jump start a career in healthcare. Home Health Aide In Training positions are available for immediate hiring and will include paid on-the-job training for a period of nine to twelve weeks to promote to a Home Health Aide.

The Home Health Clinical Manager is responsible to the Home Health Administrator, and supervises the Home Health RNs, LPNs, Aides, Medical Social Workers, Registered Therapists/Assistants, and Office Coordinator. Works closely with referral sources, the home health team, all other involved health professionals, and the general public.

Staff and residents at our Kahului campus rolled up their sleeves for their 1st round of the COVID-19 vaccine!
Christmas is a lot different this year but we are doing all that we can to bring some holiday cheer to our residents. We’ve been having a great time singing and dancing to some favorite Christmas songs. It’s always nice to see their smiling faces.
These yummy freshly baked banana bread were dropped off today for our staff to enjoy. Thank you River for thinking of us this holiday season.
