I am more than a REALTOR. My responsibility involves listening carefully to each client to better guide them in managing real estate transactions. My goal is to meet each client's specific needs. In every aspect of my life I strive to help others. In my effort to do so I understand that experience matters. I have more than a decade of experience as a Realtor with hundreds of successful transactions and a 98% list/sales price ratio. In the community, Hales & Associates sponsors and works closely with the Starfish Project ~ a local non-profit organization, and we support Protect & Serve, which honors our veterans.
