We love to hear it! “I would like to take this opportunity to give my heartfelt thanks to Halleen Kia of North Olmsted and especially my new car guy Mr. Michael Mills. Upon moving back to the Cleveland area where I grew up after a 5 year period in Southern Ohio life had dealt me a tough hand. Needing a vehicle I was greeted at Halleen with kindness, understanding, respect and much courtesy. Everyone at Halleen was very friendly and professional. They helped me find the right vehicle that I was in need of and helped me tremendously through the whole process. The pre approval on line to follow up callback to choosing the right car and financing went very smooth. I especially want want to thank Michael Mills my new car guy for his knowledge kindness and understanding. Michael got the car ready on a cold winter day for the test drive and worked diligently with me. Went through all aspects of the car the financing and payments. Took the time to go through set up for phone and Bluetooth operation. But more importantly was Michael not only my new car guy but going through a rough time in life I found a new friend. Michael was very caring and sympathetic to my circumstances as we talked not only about cars. but life issues. In this world were living in it was very encouraging to meet someone like Michael. He followed up with me via text/ phone and invited me in anytime if I needed anything or just talk. I found a friend.
