Thank you to all who have be SO patient and supportive of us in these past SEVERAL weeks! Your prayers are what have brought us through this crazy sickness. We are so blessed to have you all in our lives! We are opening the office back up tomorrow with full crew running calls, Monday, 12/14/20 at 9 am. Please be patient with us a little longer, as we are expecting a high call volume since we’ve been working with limited staff for so long.

Hey to all of our amazing customers! Just want to update you as to what’s going on with our company. We are working at reduced staffing because of Covid. We have 1 technicinian currently cleared and is working on appliances that take only one technician to diagnose and/or repair. Please be patient with us! Phone calls will be going to the answering machine on November 30th and then are (hopefully) transferring to where Kimberly will answer or it will go to the voicemail where a message can be left there for your return call. We deeply apologize for not being there for you, but just have no choice when COVID decides to step in. Thank you again for your patience and for your support during these difficult times. We are truly blessed beyond measure with such wonderful customers who have become NOT customers, but some great friends.
