Monday Morning Insurance Tip: If you are in an At-Fault Accident, the Liability coverage of your policy pays for the Other Person's Injuries. Therefore if you have the State minimum liability coverage of 25/50 and multiple people are injured, your policy will only pay a maximum of $50K aggregate for all parties involved. If the total of the claims equal $300K, then you are on the hook for $250K!
