Hands-On Physical Therapy was established in 1992 and serves the community of Astoria, NY and surrounding areas. Our organization specializes in manual therapy and utilizes the most effective, research-based manual therapy techniques that have been enhanced by our company's Founders: Dr. Dimitrios Kostopoulos and Dr. Konstantine Rizopoulos.Separately, we utilized several diagnostic techniques including EMG, SSEP, & MSKUS.
