MDC Resource Center Exhibitors Hard Rock Stone Works and Dwyer Marble & Stone Supply discussed the many different applications for porcelain in both residential and commercial projects and Detroit Blinds Shades Shutters (Royal Crest Blinds) talked about the custom window shade and soft treatment options available through their Color Lux Collection.

Let me start off by saying that I am VERY detail oriented (like annoyingly so 😂). My husband and I decided to update our main floor. We updated our floors, our countertops, painted our walls/doors/trim, and hired Casey to paint our cabinets from a recommendation from a friend.
We bought this house 5 years ago, and every time I walked into my dark kitchen - I dreamed about it all being brighter. 5 YEARS. After our baby came along and the space on our main level wasn’t being utilized (just threw old furniture in half the space) - I felt claustrophobic and told my husband we had to do something to make our home more functional.
I do not usually write reviews. BUT out of all the people we’ve had in our home lately (other than carpenter Mike who did the molding on the cabinets - he came over short notice and knocked it out of the park - made it a centerpiece), she is the only one I’d recommend. She will not be your cheapest quote, but something I learned after hiring different trades - you get what you pay for. She has the same eye for detail that I have. She didn’t make you feel bad for pointing out little things that you couldn’t see in the dark. She encouraged it. She literally did not stop until it was flawless. And let me tell you - these don’t even look painted. They look like they were installed this way. I’ve seen many many DIY painted cabinets - there is NO comparison.
Her work is quality. She removes all the doors and drawers and takes them back to her shop to spray (front and back). She gives you the option of hand painting or spraying your boxes. Will give you pros and cons to each way. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the products and technique she uses.
One thing I did not anticipate - was how your home, and it’s aesthetics impacts your subconscious well being. There is not a price tag you can put on that. But aside from that - from my personal perspective - it’s nice to walk in and not see the imperfections. Those little things that your eye jumps to because you are THAT detail oriented that once you see something abnormal - your eye automatically jumps to it. Then that’s all you see every time you look at it, and it bothers you like a crooked picture hanging on the wall. 😂
When I say she did not stop until it was perfect, she did not stop. It’s flawless.
There is no doubt that we will get every penny back and then some if we ever were to sell this house.
So thank you Casey for not only transforming my home - but improving my mental health. I walk in and literally cannot believe it’s the same space. If I can leave you with one piece of advice if you were like me, do not wait. PULL THE TRIGGER. I can promise you it will be 1000% worth it. ❤️
