Freezing is expected on Tuesday and for some areas on Wednesday night as well. Cover the plants that you can and take inside the ones that can be moved in doors. You will see some damage on the leaves of plants that will be outside. Damage that you might see as a result of the temps are going to be black edges or whole leaves that will be black. Dropping and drooping of leaves are going to be common. Continue to water through the fall and winter to minimize the freezing temperature effects. With live Christmas trees you can leave them in the house for ten days and water them with ice cubes. After Christmas you can plant them if the ground isn’t to hard.
