Madison is a trained orthodontic assistant and is also one of our treatment coordinators at the office!! She is one of the most kind hearted individuals you will ever meet. She sees the best in everyone, takes her job very seriously, and is always willing to jump in and help wherever she is needed.
In her time here we have watched her grow into an outstanding young woman. We have gotten to celebrate the birth of her sweet baby girl and a recent engagement! Two major milestones we are so grateful we got to be apart of ❤️
We want to wish her a happy anniversary and send a HUGE thank you for all she has done and continues to do for our office. We are so lucky to have the wonderful women that we do here at UCO ☺️

Wishing you a season of wonder and joy!
This has been a year unlike any other. Our ladies got to have today and tomorrow to spend with their families for the holidays; while they were spending time I asked that they each send a festive photo. I asked this because, it’s been NINE months since we have actually gotten to SMILE at our patients! These masks are hiding some very beautiful, generous, and kind smiles every single day.
Without these women our office could not function. We are so grateful to have these fun, energetic, hilarious ladies on our team. Every single day is something special and they teach us something new each day. Thank you girls, and Merry Christmas. 🎄❤️

Briann has been with Uncommon going on two years now. Briann is a proud momma of one smart and sassy little girl, loves to sing and dance in the office, and we’re sure you’ll hear her cracking jokes and laughing just about every time you come to visit. She’s an extremely hard worker, jumps in to help without being asked, and we are so thankful to have her on our team.

Brianna is another one of our assistants that has recently joined the Uncommon team. She is such a fast learner and is so eager to build a relationship with our patients and families. We are so excited to watch her grow as an assistant!!
This week has been such a busy week at the office and our whole team has done such an awesome job.
