In response to COVID-19, we have switched to telehealth appointments for our patients. If an in-person visit is needed, please contact your provider so they can determine the best way to deliver the care you need.
At our school-based health clinic, your child has access to immunizations, physical exams/Well Child checkups, sports physicals, minor acute care, health education on nutrition, disease and injury prevention, and medication prescriptions as needed.
