If you’re wondering what’s going on in the exam rooms right now, it usually looks a lot like this. We’re not too big on leaving pets unsupervised, so there is usually someone visiting with them in the room! Gracie, the Cane Corso, visited us to get her hips checked out today and she’s just THE BEST girl. Enjoy this video of her giving lovins while we were waiting on the doctor.
ATTENTION:
Starting Monday, May 4th, we will be starting to lift some of our restrictions and begin seeing elective appointments such as annual exams, vaccines, and some elective surgeries. We will still be maintaining our distancing protocols and ask our clients to remain in their vehicles. Thank you for your patience during these times.
To everyone who shared the information regarding our client and her dog who were attacked last weekend, they were able to locate the owner and everything has been settled. The owner of the German Shepherd feels terrible that this ordeal even occurred and has been very cooperative. Thank you to everyone in the community for sharing our post.
A lot has changed in the year 2020 due to Covid-19, but the thing that hasn't is WE'RE STILL HERE FOR YOU AND YOUR PETS. Please bear with us with these changes to everyone's personal and work lifestyles. This is a great video on what is going on behind the scenes for us as a veterinary hospital.
Good morning! We hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy. We have some announcements to address for the foreseeable future.
1.) HCVH will be closed from Thursday, November 26th through Saturday, November 28th for the Thanksgiving holiday.
2.) Until, at least, the beginning of 2021 we will remain closed on Saturdays. This allows our employees to balance work and family life amidst the chaos of COVID and we appreciate your understanding.
3.) We are seeing regularly scheduled appointments along with emergencies. PLEASE CALL WHEN YOU ARRIVE. DO NOT ENTER THE BUILDING. Our phone lines are working, but we have utilized an answering machine to help stay organized. If you reach the answering machine, leave a message and we will be with you as soon as we can.
4.) Appointments will be asked to enter the building via the LEFT entrance. Supply pick-up will be available in the RIGHT vestibule starting November 2nd. YOU MUST CALL TO LET US KNOW YOU ARE HERE. (304)624-9305.
Please be patient with us as we work to make this process move more smoothly. Thank you.
