"I am experiencing gratitude for the opportunity to remain present in a movement that pushes forward to bring equality deeper into our communities. We press on for accountability and justice as we stand in our national call to action just as those before us have." -Amanda McRobie, CAO.

Holly Lehman, MA, LPMFT
From a young age, my Mennonite faith has guided me in prioritizing peace and justice for myself and others. These values are central in my practice as a therapist and in my relationships with my clients. I am honest yet endeavor to be sincere in that work. In all areas of life, I appreciate the experience of learning and the process of being curious. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I recognize that people are in a reciprocal relationship with their environments. Individuals affect their systems, and systems affect their individuals. This exchange is essential on the path of healing, growth, and change.
I am drawn to working with families, namely parents and their children, as well as individuals. My knowledge exists primarily in navigating issues of trauma, grief, conflict, identity, and development of self. Supporting individuals who have experienced trauma calls for examinations of power, control, narrative, and accountability.
