Roof leaks and investigations. This house is a NEW build. Started leaking this spring and after a long batter she ultimately had to hire us to fix the leaky roof. The original roofer actually cut the paper in the valley. Shingles are not waterproofed so in a matter of 5 months her garage's drywall also had to be replaced. Luckily she found us and her roof problem in this section is solved.
