ICYMI: The FMCSA announced an increase in the minimum annual % rate for random drug testing for drivers of commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) requiring a CDL from the current rate of 25% of the average number of driver positions to 50% in calendar year 2020.
This change could lead to more drug violations appearing on submissions and renewals. Be aware and keep those insureds clean!
