Dr. Kassis-George is a cardiologist with experience and expertise in treating advanced heart failure and pulmonary hypertension. She sees patients 18 and older at Allegheny General Hospital.
Dr. Kassis-George received her medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, Ohio, and completed her residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire. She received additional training during fellowships in cardiovascular disease and advanced heart failure medicine at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine for Heart Failure and Transplantation, Cardiovascular Disease, and Internal Medicine. She is a member of the International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation, and the Heart Failure Society of America. She speaks English and Arabic.
