At Healing Path Recovery, we employ the “dual diagnosis” approach in which we use a broad range of therapeutic and spiritual philosophies, combined with psychiatric care to ensure optimal treatment for the mind, body and soul. The Medical Director, Sayeh Beheshti, M.D., and all of our therapists have an extensive background in treatment of addiction.
All Healing Path therapists have advanced degrees and years of experience. Also, Dr. Beheshti supervises every patient’s progress personally, so you can be sure you’re in good hands.
Every person in our program receives not only group therapy sessions, but also a weekly private 1on1 session with Dr. B at no additional cost. Our philosophy is that each individual is different and that creating individualized treatment programs to meet the needs of different individuals is key to effective recovery.
In group therapy, each session will be focused on a different aspect of therapy, such as psychodrama, cognitive-behavioral skills, education, trauma, meditation, etc. We provide therapy in small groups of six to eight clients in order maintain an intimate setting in which all clients will have a chance to participate.
