HealthSource is continuing is actively monitoring COVID-19. Our offices are still open to provide care to our patients. Please note that we are having patients wait in their cars until it’s their turn to be seen. We are not allowing any guests to accompany adult patients. However, pediatric patients may have one parent per patient. All patients and staff are required to wear masks - we appreciate your cooperation. HealthSource Mt. Orab Family Practice, Ob/Gyn, and Dental are located all located in the same office at 150 Health Partners Circle, just off SR 32. Our office adjoins the Mercy Mt. Orab Medical Center.

HealthSource of Ohio is dedicated to women's health. Whether you are 13, 21, 40, or 65, you could benefit from a visit with an Ob/Gyn provider.

Our Family Practice providers treat patients of all ages. They provide comprehensive and continuing health care for both males and females. Your Family Practitioner may treat you and your family members for acute conditions, such as a minor injury, the flu, or a sore throat.

General dentistry involves the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of conditions, disorders and diseases affecting the teeth, gums and maxillofacial (associated with the jaw and face) region of the body.
