If you want to form an NFA trust to own suppressors and other firearms regulated by the National Firearms Act, you need to get it done and submit your forms to ATF before July 13, 2016. Any applications submitted after that date will require a significant amount of additional information. An NFA trust is still the superior way to own NFA firearms, but it makes sense to avoid the additional paperwork if possible.
