Congratulations to our Caregiver of the Month, Lisa Triolo! Thank you for all of your hard work!
Here is what Shane Howe had to say, "Lisa first joined our company in February 2017 and has been with us through our brand changes and always presents a positive attitude toward the company. Lisa first worked through our Philadelphia office, then our Allentown office, until the Scranton office opened in early 2018. Lisa has consistently remained in compliance with her annual items and strives to make sure she turns in items on time. Lisa ensures the office is kept up to date with any and all changes with her client and advises of any additional needs in advance so that the agency is able to change with our clients change in care. Lisa was part of the initial EVV "test" group and after her first training in the office, has excelled and rarely had any EVV issues, Lisa strives to make sure that all her time punches match and that her tasks are entered correctly. Lisa stops into the office to pick up or drop off items and brings her client with her so that the office staff can chat and catch up with not only Lisa but with her client on a regular basis. It's a pleasure having a caregiver who is so attentive to her clients’ needs and willing to keep our agency in the know of any and all changes. Lisa always maintains extreme professionalism as well as a positive attitude toward her client and her administrative coworkers in the Scranton office. During COVID-19 Lisa has ensured her Case Manager was kept up to date with any changes or needs as far as PPE to ensure that the agency is kept in the know to any potential changes/needs. Lisa is truly a professional and always represents our company in the best light possible."
