Get to know Rachell Henning, Elder Law Attorney at Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd.!
🏀 A basketball mom through and through, Rachell is an assistant coach for her daughter’s traveling basketball team. She's also a co-coordinator for the OMGBA Intro to Basketball program that teaches kindergarteners basic basketball skills.
⚖️ While attending law school Rachell worked full-time as a Human Resource / Office Administrator at one of the largest law firms in South Dakota. She gained invaluable experience managing benefits, working with insurance companies, and assisting employees of all ages. She especially enjoyed working with older employees as they planned their retirement, helping them navigate the many complex decisions that retirement necessarily entailed.

Josh meets with families and individuals to design, draft, and execute legal documents including Wills, Trusts, Health Care Directives, and Powers of Attorney. Josh is also well versed in Medical Assistance (Medicaid) planning.

Adam Kaufman grew up in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, which is known for being on Lake Michigan, having world-class golf courses, and bratwurst - not necessarily in that order. Adam and his wife have three boys, including twins, who keep them extremely busy with their school, activities and non-stop energy. Adam and his family love to visit baseball stadiums around the country - they've been to ten stadiums so far!

Susan T. Peterson-Lerdahl chairs Henningson & Snoxell's Estate Planning Department. She has years of experience counseling individuals and families in estate planning, elder law, probate and trust administration as well as family business succession planning.
