About

More than 46 years ago, Bob Fuerst and Thomas Henson, Sr., founded Henson Fuerst. They started the firm as a partnership focused on family, and that family mentality carries over to our relationship with clients.

Since then, we have served clients throughout the state of North Carolina. Our team of lawyers, certified paralegals, registered nurses, accident and private investigators, and bilingual legal assistants practices personal injury and disability law—that means we focus on one thing: injured victims.

Our lawyers are highly trained and focused on specific areas of personal injury law, and we have lawyers who are licensed in a number of states, including North Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, Washington, D.C., and New York. This focus keeps us up-to-date on the ever-changing laws and regulations that affect personal injury cases. If you need legal help, call us today at (919) 781-1107 or complete a Free Case Review form.

We are Henson Fuerst. We’re here for you. See what makes us different.

We Work For You

We know the first step in obtaining legal help is often the most stressful. Whether you’re worried about the cost of hiring a lawyer or how you’re going to get to our office, Henson Fuerst is committed to serving clients however we can.
Although each case we handle is unique, every case and every client is treated with dignity and respect. You deserve careful and customized representation, and that’s what you’ll get.

We Are Committed To You

At Henson Fuerst, we promise to treat you with dignity, respect, and compassion. It’s our job to protect your best interests and fight legal battles for you. We’re committed to representing those who have been injured or cheated by major corporations.
Our team of lawyers, certified paralegals, registered nurses, accident and private investigators, and bilingual legal assistants believes in standing up for the rights of individuals, and we will do everything possible to hold the parties responsible for your injury accountable.

We’re a North Carolina Firm

Henson Fuerst is a North Carolina-based personal injury law firm. We grew up here, and our more than 150 years of combined legal knowledge were gained while practicing here. Our North Carolina personal injury lawyers know the other lawyers in the area, the judges, the legal system, and North Carolina law. All of these factors allow us to file your claim with confidence.

Being a local firm also makes our team more accessible to our clients. We have several offices in the state, including in Raleigh, Rocky Mount, and Boone. This enables us to meet with you the day you contact us for help, and if necessary, we’ll come to you.

When Injured, Choose Us First

People from North Carolina and throughout the Southeastern United States have made Henson Fuerst their first choice. We have lawyers who are licensed in a number of states, including North Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, Washington, D.C., and New York, and we have a reputation for working tirelessly to maximize verdicts and settlements for all of our clients.
