As we thought they couldn’t get any worse.
After they drop the packages with first initial and partial last name(in a plastic bag) they are also putting the wrong stickers(labels) on the packages. So we now have to be psychics and guess whose items are these.
They leave the packages anywhere and at anytime, We can go on and on.
Our solution to this is let us know and we can arrange the pick up for your items.

This here is called seller error 🥸
The first picture shows a diagram of what the customer bought and the rest of the pictures is what we received.
This package has been missing in action as we were looking for an entire different size package. Only to find out that the seller sent the wrong item.
It’s our job to help and ensure we get you the right package before it actually gets to the final destination.
Can you imagine this landed to the final destination and the customer paid duties for the wrong item 😓
Now they have to pay money to send it back.
This scenarios would of been very stressful.

This unit came all the way from Japan so we wanted to verify whether it is the correct item before shipment day👀
First picture is the new unit and the second picture is the old unit. We compared the 2, to ensure the bolt pattern is the same and we also looked for similarities.
Yes🥸 ordering online may be a lot cheaper BUT when the items are wrong that’s when the headache starts. Then you start to comparing and wonder if it would of been better off buying the parts from a local supplier.
Well🤕.....With Here To There Services we will “try” our best to prevent this error as best as we can🙌🏾
