Heritage Baptist Church was born by prayer. In 2002, several families in the Phoenix area were praying about starting a church that would be willing to walk in the ancient paths (Jeremiah 6:16). Several thousand miles away the Young family was praying the same prayer. God brought us together and on June 22, 2003 HBC began. Since then we have planted Legacy Baptist Church, preached the gospel, and made disciples. The fruit has been the strengthening of families, the blessing of children, and growing maturity overall. God is rising up the foundations among us – it is marvelous to behold! We are a loving congregation of all kinds of people who will warmly welcome you.
