On January 5, 2021, MileOne Autogroup, our nonprofit arm Wheels for Change, The Signal 13 Foundation, the Baltimore City Lodge #3 Fraternal Order of Police and Bedco Mobility presented Sgt. Isaac Carrington with a handicap accessible 2019 Toyota Sienna. Sgt. Carrington, then a 22-year veteran of the Baltimore City Police Department was shot multiple times on August 8, 2019, when a masked man tried to rob him and his neighbor. Carrington was taken to Shock Trauma where he underwent multiple surgeries and now lives with a permanent disability. MileOne Autogroup strongly believes in giving back to the local communities we serve, and we were honored to support Sgt. Carrington as he gains back his independence!
