This position is primarily responsible for estimating, negotiating loss, and settling
insurance proceeds on projects ranging from approximately $10,000-$1 million+
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist Project Management team in producing supplements.
- Interface with Insurance Adjusters throughout the supplementing phase.
- Create the written estimate for work in the estimating software (Xactimate).
- Handle full negotiation of project through the supplemental process to Certificate of Completion.
- Explore documentation and pictures to gain a deeper understanding of the
project requirements.
- Create and present important metric reports to upper management.
Qualifications
-Proficient in Xactimate
-Supplementing experience is a must
-Good Negotiating Skills
-Work well under pressure.
-Knowledge of Acculynx is Preferred but not required.
-Ability to multitask

- Must be customer-focused, coachable, goal-driven and possess excellent communication skills
- Must have experience with MS Office Suite (knowledge of Xactimate a plus)
- Must be willing to canvass
