There's no other way to begin than we failed! Tuesday afternoon was complete and utter chaos! We tried to keep up with all the phone calls and still receiving our customers for dine-in but we fell very short! We made many errors, we could not get to everyone in a timely manner and for that we ask everyone to please FORGIVE us. The thing is, we are working with LIMITED employees. We were not prepared staff wise to handle the volume of business we had yesterday. We had many upset customers, and we realize that last night was FAR from the Herrera's quality we thrive to offer every single time. We hope our wonderful customers forgives us for the many errors made. We will learn from the whole experience during these different times and today we WILL have a better day!
