A note from Hetland ENT concerning Coronavirus (COVID-19)
The health and safety of our patients and staff remain our top priority.
With the growing development of COVID-19, we have implemented policies and procedures in the best interest of everyone. We will continue to monitor recommendations from the CDC, World Health Organization, North Dakota Department of Health and the American Academy of Otolaryngology and modify policies as necessary.
We have the following policies and procedures in place:
1. If you or anyone in your family are experiencing cough, fever, or shortness of breath, please contact our clinic to reschedule. Our staff will work diligently to accommodate rescheduling.
2. Please limit your office or surgery appointment to only necessary individuals to maximize social distancing.
3. We will continue to utilize proper hand washing and work space cleaning based on CDC recommendations. We ask the same of our patients.
