You are NOT in good hands. A customer called me about a diminished value claim on her 2012 Mercedes ML 350 with 66,789 miles. She sends me the repair estimate and after I run the value I tell her your vehicle is a total loss!! Repair cost were $13,539.65. The vehicle value was $14,810.00. THAT IS 90% of the Value. The LAW is 75%. The call to the State Farm adjuster was absolutely hilarious. I told Sheldonna Surratt that she repaired a total loss. Her response “ well no it’s not because we don’t have a covalence with that shop!” She was angry. I said repair cost are 90% of ACV so you get to buy their car for $14,810. After you spent $13,539.65. Now she’s really pissed . Her response “the shop hasn’t sent me the photos so it’s not going to total, I haven’t approved the supplement !” She was basically saying she was going to lie. The funny thing, the shop was already paid. The owner brought the car to my office. I told Shaldonna she would be paying storage. Now she’s out of her mind pissed and hung up on me. State Farm had to pay the customer $6587.30 and they kept the car. NEVER TRUST REPAIR ADVICE FROM SOMEONE LIKE SHELDONNA WHO OWES YOU MONEY!

One of the best ever. Alisha Dollar from State Farm said “ you MUST send me your appraisal or we will not send you the information for our appraiser under the appraisal clause, Alisha said “I will NOT Give you the name or number of our appraiser until you send me your appraisal “ I said show me that in the policy.” Her response was “ it’s our process”I said Alicia you are either ignorant or lying .” She got really Pissed off and said I’m not telling you anything !! Alisha said “we will pay them $7415.00, there is nothing you can do to get more money!” She told me I was arrogant and she would not talk to me. SO FUNNY, 3 hours later the independent appraiser State Farm was forced to hire called me. The customers 1995 TRAVELMASTER was totaled. After I Sent my information to the appraiser they hired we agreed the camper was worth $21,000.00, that is 3X’s Alisha’s offer! From $7415.00 to $21,000. Do not trust people like Alisha who owe you money. They are either incompetent or liars !

If you live in Florida and Have State Farm your auto policy only allows you to challenge the total loss value IF they declare it a total loss . You have NO RIGHTS and you have to accept whatever they say when it comes to repairs. YOU MAY WANT TO LOOK 👀 FOR ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY.

BIGGEST DIMINSHED VALUE SETTLEMENT EVER! $79,400.00. A customer called me from Virginia. He said he heard good things about about my services, especially with exotic cars. His New 2019 McLaren 600LT with only 4335 miles was rear ended. The insurance company paid $72,593.35 for the repairs. With such high repair cost I got Attorney Jason Burton involved to handle negotiations with the claim. I supplied Jason with my report and my CV. After a little negotiation back and forth between Jason and the Adjuster for Nationwide our mutual client is getting paid $79,400 for the loss of value to his car. No lawsuit, no court, just my report and Jason’s stellar negotiation skills!
