High Meadow Arabians were conceived over 30 years ago by my husband, Mark Schmitz. It was his dream to breed and show National Quality Pure and Half Arabian English horses. His dream became a reality in High Meadow Arabians, Nestled under the canopies of tall oak trees that provide a quiet afternoon shade for the lush 26 acres of meadows. The sound of running water and geese that swim leisurely in the meadow's ponds provide a picturesque backdrop for the beautiful Pure Polish and Polish bred Arabian horses of the farm.
Located near the Lake Lewisville riding trails, but only minutes from the Dallas Fort Worth airport, High Meadow Arabians provides the peaceful country life for his dream to blossom. He then decided to share his passion for horses with the entire equestrian community. So he opened High Meadow as a top ALL BREED, PLEASURE boarding facility that offers all the amenities you might need to support your horse activities. High Meadow is and has been home to many happy horses and their wonderful human companions over the years. With great pride, we have produced many National, Reserve National and Regional Champions of all disciplines. And…his legacy lives on with two strapping colts that will be entering the show ring soon wearing garlands of their own.
