Last year after a study on earthquakes, groups of students constructed bridges designed to hopefully withstand as much weight as possible! The quarantine did not allow for them to test their bridges last year, but they will be able to do it on Friday!! Some of the bridges were able to hold up to 40 pounds!!

Our first grade did a great job of collecting over 370 cans for our corn drive!! They even created “Pastor Corn Man” who is standing 6 feet tall and made with 373 cans!! Way to go, 1st grade!! 🌽🌽

They did lots of research, including: when and who founded the colonies, Geography and types of settlers, how religion played a role in the colonies, common housing types, how their government and schools were organized, and their commerce and economy. Great job, 6th grade! 👍🏻
